2. We desire to see people applying these 6 skills before leaving Norfolk/VB
3. These 6 skills allow them to Labor in the lives of those around them no matter where God places them.

A Laborer: 1. Evangelizes the Lost. 2. Equips the Saved
        Luke 10
         •Go to a specific People Group
         •Find a man of Peace and stay with them
         •Serve them
         •Preach the Kingdom of God “has come near”
